Icon has developed more than 20 projects locally including, Louisville's Downtown Marriott Hotel, Valhalla Vista Condominiums, Cardinal Club Estates Golf Community, and most recently, Champion Pointe Golf Course in Memphis, Indiana. Icon also services markets in Florida and Texas.

ICON PARTNERS

James Mulrooney, President/CEO

Jim has more than 25 years of experience in financing and management of real estate and restaurant development companies. He is well versed in financial planning, accounting, and property development.

Jim graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in accounting. He is a CPA and has been a senior executive and Chief Financial Officer to several public and privately held companies.

His significant experience working with financial institutions regarding both debt and equity placements has proven beneficial in his position with Icon. Throughout his career he has financed and developed almost $1 billion in projects.

Jim has served on several Boards of Directors and is a strong supporter of numerous charities, including Saint Joesph's Children's Home, United Way and the Boy Scouts of America.

William Hysinger

Bill brings more than than 25 years of real estate and restaurant experience to Icon Properties. Before co-founding Icon Properties, Bill developed and owned several businesses including auto dealerships, franchise chains and restaurants.

An entrepreneurial spirit garnered from that experience helps Bill recognize and seek potential strategic development opportunities. In addition, Bill's extensive knowledge of the construction and development business makes him an integral part of each project.

Richard Smith

Richard takes a "hands-on" approach to construction and development, working closely with engineers, architects and contractors to develop cost-effective solutions to design and building problems.

He has 27 years of construction experience and his extensive knowledge and thorough understanding of the building industry has made him a key leader in the development of several large apartment complexes, retail spaces, and shopping areas. His keen insight into client intentions makes him instrumental throughout the entire development process, from the beginning stages of best land-use decisions, to construction and finalization of the project.
